My primary cancer research interest is applying advanced genomic and computational approaches to uncover the molecular mechanisms that drive tumor development, progression, and therapeutic response.

As Director of the Bioinformatics Core at MUSC, I apply genomic and computational approaches to cancer and disease research. My lab focuses on neuroscience, studying CHAMP1 syndrome, neurogenomics, and brain evolution.
