Research Interest
As a member of the Biostatistics Shared Resource (BSR), I collaborate with Hollings Cancer Center investigators, having contributed to over 50 NIH, DOD, and internal grant submissions, providing biostatistical expertise to both basic sciences and clinicians. I work with investigators from varying programs including Cancer Immunology and Cancer Genes and Molecular Regulation. In addition to funded projects, I have supported HCC investigators on analyses of preliminary data which have resulted in publications on associations between risk variants and breast cancer, prostate, and non-melanoma skin cancer. I also assist in clinical trial design for investigator-initiated Phase I and II trials at Hollings, as well as participate on committees such as the Protocol Review Committee and the BSR Clinical Trials Working Group, ensuring that trials offered to patients meet the highest standard of trial design.
