Research Interest
In my current role as Associate Director of the Office of Workforce Development and Organizational Culture (OWD) at Hollings Cancer Center, I oversee programming to promote workforce development and advance organizational culture so that faculty, staff, and trainees feel a sense of belonging. I am a primary care doctor and prostate cancer researcher with specific interests in prostate cancer screening decision-making and disparities in prostate cancer. I also serve as the population health content expert for the pre-clerkship curriculum at MUSC, where I oversee lectures, panels, and small group sessions related to population health.
