Assistant Professor
Biochemistry & Molecular Biology
Cancer Focus
Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying genomic instability and exploring ways to target these mechanisms for cancer treatment.
Research Program
Research Interest
I will study how cancer drugs that target topoisomerases work, focusing on how RAD54L2 and ZATT/ZNF451 help repair TOP2-induced DNA damage, and how topoisomerases work individually and together to prevent cancer and drug resistence.
